Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to mark your attention on my experience to get my Certificate from NIIT (Dehradun) which is still a tuff task for me.
I join GNIIT Rajpur Road Centre in 2008 and I was clear all semester as per our course in 2011 also I made the full n final payment of the course but now when I am trying to get my Diploma from the centre then there is Ms. Gurvinder Kaur Soori (Centre Head) Rajpur Road Centre, initially she said that she need some time to provide the same but now she directly refused to provide the Diploma and also she literally replied that do whatever you can.
It is unable to understand why she doing like this and if there is any discrepancy she has to told us but now situation is that when I give her call then she disconnect the phone also she disconnect the land line phone after hearing my voice. Me my parents are getting very upset by visiting the centre again and again and getting the same reply from Ms. Gurvinder Kaur Soori,
You are requested to take immediate action and help me to get my diploma so that I can try for the job, earliest reply is highly appreciated.
Sir/Madam if I do not get positive reply from your side within a week then there is no other option for me to make complain about NIIT in consumer court which I do not want to make just because of one person (Ms. Gurvinder Kaur Soori).
