sir I have purchased a Dell Inspiron battery from flipkart.com, They assure us that product will be replaced if you found problem in that. Now I received a battery which has very poor battery back up & a sign is appearing on the symbol of battery
now they refused by saying that gaurantee is not for battery back up. if flipkart giving me guarantee of my baatery, then why they are noy replacing it.
