Regarding deduction of mobile balance by activating unwanted sevices

dear sir,
I am the customer of reliance GSM service since 6 years from region chhattisgarh,raipur.I have been victim of fraud services of this company from starting day.
On september 19 they deducted my 11 rs balance by activating some jokes alert,which i didnot subscribe and when i complained they said due to some technical reasons it is happening & we will refund your balance ,please call us later.After a week they renewed same service & deducted again 5 rs from my balance.
On complaining they told the same reason.Every time i recharge my account & this fraud company is regularly deducting my balance by activating some service.Please consider my complain regarding above.My details are given below-

    dear sir,
    I am the customer of tata DoCoMo GSM service.deduction of my balance is a common problem. They have activated a new plan named NETWAP without any activation demanded. They have provided a number to activate and deactivate any service but as per them there is no plan activated on my sim but still I receive massages from NETWAP and my balance has reached to nil, because of which I am not able to call the customer care!!…take action against it
