Respected sir,
I Jainendra kumar and writing this application regarding the death claim of my mother in law ( Late Saroj pandey, Policy no. 515255999). And policy’s nominee is my father in law ( Bindu kumar pandey). He has taken this policy from Mr Arvind kumar (Lic agent) from Jehanabad,Bihar. After the death of policy holder, my father in law informed Branch manager(Mr Ram parvesh ram) jehanabad lic office,Bihar. And done all the formality related to claim and submitted all the supported documents( Such as original bond paper, claim form and death certificate of policy holder) in June,2012. But yet he has not received any claimed amount from Lic of India. At the time of claim form formality Mr Ram parvesh (Branch manager) assured him that claim will be settle within a month.But not any action was taken till the date and he went several times to lic office,jehanabad. And now a days he gets tired and very much upset and frustrated by the behaviour of branch manager. And branch manager starts ignorning and stopped giving any response to this case. My father in law is a poor person and he can’t affort any money by several times travelling lic office and also not able to full fill any demands of manager(if any).He tried several times for getting the claim but he is not getting any proper information from the branch manager.
So, I request you to consider my case and kindly resolve it as soon as possible. And I will be very much greatfull to you,if you release the claimed amount immediately. Kindly take some strict action on Branch manager for this type of activities. So that future generation will be safe from this human activities.
