Dear Team ,
i was claimed on 1-Nov-15 for my Two wheeler bike which had been damaged during an accident in ujjain city . approx 3 month has passed but my claim have no settle till & close my claim by company tell me the reason of in valid driving licence of driver . but driving licence in not in valid it is valid and authorized by RTO department when i protest this than they re open my claim but is not giving any response since i month ..my bike completely has make in showroom before 1 month & showroom dealer threatening me for take my bike from his show room .
kindly help me for resolve this issue. this is a very big insurance company i cant fight with them …..
