sir i have the photon connection and i have applied for its cancellation from dec,from dec i have filled 3 cancellation requests..anytime they do not cancel my request and keep on billing me..i was pissed of from their service thats why i request them to disconnect.but they do not hear me..everytime they keep on sending me mesg and sometime even 6messg in a hour.even today they charged 1610 from me…lasttime i applied for cancellation on 29th march-cancelltion no is–355398645…..and today also i filled another compalain its no is 357374883and my request no is 1308959….the lady name was gurneet to whom i talk….they never heard my request..and unnecessary pressurise me to continue their connection with their foolish negotiations…..please help me get rid of them,,please
