REGARDING BROADBAND CONNECTION

Location/place: FARIDABAD

Name of company/service: AIRTEL

I am using broadband connection of airtel, and my number is 01294179118. My broadband is not working from the past 15- 20 days. i registered my complaint on 22nd July, 2013. they told me that it will be corrected by 27th July, 2013. but till now my problem has not been resolved. my reference no for complaint is 36630776, 36550188. on 4th aug, 2103 i asked them to disconnect it but they told me that it will be resolved by 10th AUG, 2013 but still the problem has not been resolved. i have called them so many times but they are not responding.
I would request you to help me in this regard. my mobile no is 9818514937.
