Sir, on 19th January 8pm, rs 99 deducted from my main account balance. when I complained on complaint number 198. thay told your balance would be refunded within 24hr.. but they didn’t returned my balance.. my number is 7277074087. when I call again they misbehaved with me and told that 24hr means 3 days
.what is this? please solve my problem. Thank you
