Dear Concern,
I am Ramesh,I applied for Coal India MT recruitment 2012 under MINING stream.At the time of registration I received my registration number as 0037471 and I got the conformation mail also.I have sent all my hard copies through the post.But when I was trying to download my admit card It showed an error message such that “sorry,no records found,please check the inputs again”.
Finally I came to know that my friend and me got same registration numbers eventhough we both applied on different day.My friend got his admit card but the photograph displayed on his admit card is mine.
We both called many times to those numbers which they have given and mailed to the coal india comliance officer with attached proofs.But we didn’t get any reply.
At last they announced that they will conduct exam for those people who are facing issues.My friend attended for the exam,but i didn’t attend.Now they provided a link for re-submission for notified candidates and those people who were not attended for the exam got mails from coal india.but I didn’t get any mail.
Now again I am facing the same problem.When I am trying to retrieve my registration Id It showing me a message like “wrong inputs”.But I filled the application form correctly.The mistake is from their side only.How can they generate same registration number to two people?Even now I mailed them but they are not responding.Because of their irresponsibility I am going to miss an opportunity.
please help me to slve my issue.i am preparing for that exam from the last 4 months.
