REGARDING 3G DATA OF 123 RS. PLAN (RELIANCE GSM COMM.)

Sir/madam,
I was recharge of 123 Rs. for 3G internet plan of reliance GSM on Oct26,2013. And i received proper message regarding this in my cell phone. When i was using that plan through data card, i was unable to use that data. Within a fraction of time when i checked internet balance,i found zero (0.0) MB data left. When i contact reliance customer care they told me that you used that data in data card (DONGLE) so your data balance is zero MB left and also told that these plan only for cell phone not for dongle. And also told that these plan is from starting when i asked. But i already used these plan through data card (DONGLE) before that but every time i got full data (1GB, 3G) from month of july to Oct. I called customer care more than 6 time to know the reason behind it but they were unable to give any reason further i told them to transfer the call to their seniors but they didn’t give any response the call and also disconnected the call more than 5 time.
