My name is tushar nagare, i ordered puma shoes worth 3700rs from yebhi.com. i tried them but i needed a bigger size so i return them for replacement.But yebhi.com called me and told that the item cant be replaced or refunded because the shoes has little bit dust on it. I am very frustated on this organisation,they are really scammers i never used those shoes i just tried them once and now they are saying that i have used it so i get no replacements or refund. I will definitely send a legal notice to them if they dont clear my problems.my order no is :- YBH3424289
