I purchased Pant on 16/06/2012 from National handloom corporation. The size of the Pant is 40 and it does not fit me properly. I wanted size of 38 so I went on 24/06/2012 to exchange the pant. They refused to exchange saying that I have wored the pant. The tag on the pant is not removed. The bill clearly says that No exchange without tag removed. On the grounds of wearing a pant they cannot refuse to exchange as lot of people in trial also wear the pant.
I would seek your intervention in this matter. The cost of the pant is Rs. 399.
