I have been using Tikona network for last 3 years. From last 3 months I have been facing network issue. I was told by Tikona to disconnect the network as this network issue cannot be resolved. In June 2014, I had opted for a plan which I had paid 2000 for a year. After their request for disconnection I had asked for refund of my money. But they are refusing to pay. Why should I pay for 5 months where I am not using their service. I had complaint them through email on 19th November, but no reply from them. Even today I had again emailed them.
they are not at all customer oriented company.
