Refusal to repair under warranty

Name of company/service: Samsung LED TV

PROBLEM-Black screen on left top

Purchased TV 40D5500 on 13.3.2012, vide invoice no. 11526 in Rs. 46,000. under warranty from Nagpal Brothers M-13, Palika Bazzar, New Delhi Phone 09811330902 having dealar warranty of 1 year, the TV given to them on 23.11.2012 f0r Black screen on left top but now they are refusing to repair and want money around Rs. 15000. Samsung India says that product is not through them, may be from grey sources Pl help
