Refusal of order after taking the payment

Dear Sir

I had ordered a Panasonic A/c on shopclues.com on 18th of june’2014 on order number 15342887 after making the full payment by credit card. It was supposed to be supplied on 27th of june’2014. Now after many reminders today on 3rd of july’ 2014 they have refused to supply the order and cancelled it giving the reason of procurement delay. They will be returning my payment to my credit card with next 15 days.
But I wanted the A/C to be supplied at the given rate on their site at Rs 43278/- and now it is not available at any other website at this price and I will have to shell out around Rs 5000/- more to get the same item. Kindly help me in resolving the issue.
