i insured my I 20 car in dec 2011 at the time of insurance no one brief me regarding NCB .same was proven in insurance office it self .on 28 may 2012 when i claim they pick my car from home for repair butafter keeping my car 50 days they do not give any reply nor they returned my car on 12 july 2012 when i give in written that i withdraw my claim then they returned my car on 16jul 2012.during this period i hired a car at 20,000/-pm and also 500/- on phone bills. they are not willing to give us in written till today the refusal letter .the matter is un solved they give me 3500/- for repair whereas the repaire cost is 15,115 /- as per shekhpet huandai workshop statement .i approach their top rankers also but they roatate me . some one is mr birenjit das,mr sandeep menon and dgm of bharathi axa.as i am retd army officer i am unable to fight them.
