Refusal to give a resolution

I bought a data card from MTS MBlaze Ultra before 6 months. It has been serving me with a same problem from the very beginning. The Problem is that it needs an additional installation in every week, and sometimes in each day. I reported the same to the concerned authority, but without a result. Now the thing is that, they are making excuses like everything, such a customer are being presented in judicial court. What a customer service. I told them I need a re-placement of the data card, and mailed them same before 24 hours, but after 24 hours no communication from MTS reached to me, they read the mail, and doing whatever they wish, and here I am suffering. Now how can you explain such behavior from a tel-communication company! I need an immediate resolution.Please do the needful.
