I have purchased the Dell laptop on 11th June 2014 and I received the laptop on 19th June 2014 through EBay shopping website .Seller(Laptop Zone52- 09841410000 / 08144396655) has send me refurbished piece when I received the piece it was not working and lots of scratches behind the laptop. I contact the seller he has told me to go to the service center .I told him that service center is 300 K.M far from Jamnagar. Than he asked me to open the laptop I told him that I can’t so he said please send me the laptop I will give you a new piece but on Friday on 4th July I received the same piece which is having scrath.I have spent 1400 for courier also. Now seller and EBay is not answering and it has gave me so much of mental harresment.Please help me to resolve this case. They also ask me to provide them DOA which impossible for me as I already said that Ahmedabad is 300 K.M away from Jamnagar. I ask them to collect Laptop from me and checked, but they denied.
