My story is this I booked a ticket from Goibibo.com on February 22, 2013 from New Delhi to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Beirut Travel date 04th March, 2013 and Return on 15 March via same flight (Booking ID AMD7NA56T) due to some unavoidable conditions I had to cancel my flight one hour before my flight departure. The day I cancelled my tickets I was told that I will get my refund back in maximum of 10 Working days. With a deduction of INR 6000, I agreed to that but after I didn’t get any response from Goibibo in 10 Working days I called the customer service back and asked about the refunds I was told that the TAT is 15 Working days I thought may be the Customer service communicated that in mistake, I agreed and said ok but now after 15 W.D. I checked there were no refunds and I called again I was told to wait for some more days, then after few days I sent an email to International Flights [[email protected]] asking for refunds but same reply wait for 15 more days…and then second 5-7 working days…but no refunds after that too…
