Not refunding money

Hi

I wanted to log a complain for Infibeam.com.

I ordered a product worth Rs 580 on 20.12.2014. Order ID as per them: 14164098

They never emailed me order details. On calling them so many times they only told me it will be going to deliver ASAP. When I realized that they are not going to deliver the product at all, I asked to cancel the order and refund the money. It had been 1.5 months from cancellation request date, till today i.e. 10.03.2015 (80 days approx.) I did not receive my money. All the time they replied my email saying your issue is reported to higher department and you will receive your money soon.

Please I request your help here to solve this problem if you can.
