On 30 september 2014 I try to pay my GATE application form (1500 Rs.) money through my ATM card (PNB BANK) but my transaction was failed .Then GATE IITkanpur said your money will be refund after last date of but still now they did not refund my money.
Every day try to contact to GATE IIT KANPUR but they did not pick up the phone and three times I sent the e-mail but they did not response even they did not reply of my e-mail
I contact to my bank also they told me i registered your complain and i will tell after 45 days (on 13 oct. I complain to the bank) but today is 3 dec. nothing happen
