Not refunding application money since last 10 months

Hi,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards unprofessional approach of Lodha builders for not refunding my application money of Rs. 45,000 since last 10 months where as same had been confirmed from their side only by their one of RM – Swity in the month of Jan ’14. Following instances were there for the same:
1. I booked 2 BHK in Dec ’13 in The rise project – Domviwali
2. I mentioned name of agent through whom I visited their place
3. Cunningly sales person asked me to cut the name of the agent and I did the same. Post that I came to know he did the same to cheat with agent
4. I got one confirmation call from Swity, RM of Lodha stating this call is recorded and you will have to confirm that you had visited our office directly which I refused totally as it would be unfair with the agent. In fact the same agent had took me to their one another project in GB road call Splendora. I asked her to have this checked.
5. She told me that in this scenario you booking will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you. She asked me to confirm the same as she was talking to be on recorded call so far she confirmed.
6. I gave my concurrence and she confirmed that within one month you shall be getting your application money back as this cancellation has bee done from builder’s side
7. Surprisingly I used to get calls from another RM called Krupali for making payment of 20% along with interest @18%
8. I explained her every thing and she assured me that she will investigate the same.
9. Post 2-3 month or before rather she came back asking me to pay instalments along with interest else booking will be cancelled.
10. I used to call her on daily basis but she was not ready to hear any thing from my side and she was not ready to involve any senior also
11. I took this up with EVP and parter level but still looking forward for the resolution as they are not ready to refund my money

Request you to please help in getting my money back as I am feeling cheated with the said money with no reason and solution.
