Sir/madam ,
I have taken the reliance broadband internet connection by paying a advance amount of 1548 to a person called deepak srivastav about 2 month ago,he told that connection is available in your locality sec-13 Rajajipuram ,lucknow and take away money after 1 month no connection to my house, i call him he is so irresponsible person saying that connection not available in your area and you will get your amount refund through check since that day i was called reliance customer care 3 times they say you got the call from our team regarding check but no call come from more then 1 month,i am state of confusion where to go and how to take my check,the person deepak srivastav told that you get check with in 25 days he told this on 7july,today it is about more then 2month my money is eaten by cheater,no response by your sales staff please note the detail and take action to that person or refund my money ,else i go to consumer forum and more as trai.
