Refundable deposit not returned after 6+ months

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: NMC Piped Gas Service

I disconnected Piped service from NMC Piped gas in month of December 2012 and sent all document as per their demand. Even after followup for 6 months they are reluctant to refund the deposit amount !!!
