I booked a flight through easygotrip.com.It was for 25Nov. on Spicejet with PNR No. L8PNMG.It was cancelled from the airline due to their recent operational issues.I called easygotrip.com for query of my cancelled flight.I was told to contact spicejet and ask for full refund or an alternate booking.I contacted spicejet and they issued the full refund which was credited to easygotrip agency account on 22 Nov as i confirmed with the airlines.On 20th of Nov. i received a e-mail from easygotrip and it says-
Dear Mam,
As per confirmation with the airlines kindly note your flight is cancelled y the spice jet airlines due to some operational reasons.
Kindly note your total transaction amount Rs 2923 will be reversed in 12 working days.
Easygotrip Cancellation Refund No B535.
After the lapse of their promised 12 days when i called them ,they said that i should send a e-mail to their team manager..at [email protected]……I sent atleast 5-7 mails but none was answered.
NOW I AM CALLING THE MENTIONED NUMBERS NOBODY IS RECEIVING MY CALL AND WHEN CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER CALL WAS ANSWERED AT ONCE AND AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE REFUND IN 2 DAYS.BUT NO REFUND YET.THIS IS SHEER CHEATING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS/CONSUMERS.KINDLY GET ME BACK MY DUE REFUND!!!
