Flipkart delivered wrong product on 2nd Jan. I informed to customer care over phone and through mail that i can not keep wrong product by anyhow. I was advised to wait for right product. They did not call me, so I called on 10th Jan and taken replacement and or refund. Flipkart refused to refund or replacement and sent message on 11th Jan. I again called and email. I was advised to send image of wrong product by senior. I did same but they again sent disapproved.
What should i do?

Same thing happened to me they are not even denying. They have kept me hanging from 11 days with no resolution at all. I have got novels instead of a 26k worth laptop
