REFUND TICKETS MONEY

Respcetd Sir,

I booked a tatkal ticket for Bhubaneswar through IRCTC but unfortunately train cancelled that particular date. I take another train urgent basis & reached Bhubaneswar. Now when I asked for money return they told that money will not refund as I am not cancelled the tickets. If the train cancelled they must return my money automatically, now there customer centre told money will not return as I am not cancelled the tickets. Please help me to return my money . My tickets details are as follows….
