Refund of Security Money against termination of Reliance Postpaid Number

I had been using a Reliance postpaid connection since last 2years with the following details.

Relationship No. : 500004498023

Reliance No. : 9311192371

In the month of March 2014, I terminated the connection with payment of all my outstanding amount.

On 8th June, I got the cheque for my balance (security / refundable ) amount from Reliance with the following details.

Bank. HDFC BANK
Cheque Number. 083033
Amount. Rs.615.35
In Favour Of : PRAMOD SAHOO

Here to mention that, there is a mistake in my name, which should be PRAMOD KUMAR SAHOO, not PRAMOD SAHOO.

I had submitted all my documents while taking the connection, which shows my name as PRAMOD KUMAR SAHOO, not PRAMOD SAHOO.

But I have issued the cheque with wrong name. I have also sent a mail explaining the issue, but they didn’t respond. Called customer care, but they told that, as that number have been issued to someone else, they dont have any information. Please arrange another cheque to issue for me with correct name.

    Reliance No. : 9864485944

    In the month of August 2015, I terminated the connection with payment of all my outstanding ammount.
    Now, how I can got my balance (security / refundable ) amount from Reliance .
