REFUND RS 30180.00 NOT RECEIVED

Location/place: KORBA,CHHATTISGARH

Name of company/service: TVC SKYSHOP,Mumbai

I have attempted 2 times onlinesbi transfer on 29.06.2013 to place order on TVCSKYSHOP Mumbai but orders not placed due to internet session time out.
Later on I found both transactions payment made to the merchant through CCAvenues but orders were not placed.
I asked for refund of following 2 transactions for Rs.15090+15090=30180.00
I confirmed from CCAvanues that both transactions Order 424928 and 424934 were transferred to TVCskyshop.
I had sent fax and email communication to TVCSKYSHOP regarding the refund.
But till date(22.07.2013) no refund is made and every time when called at customer care they reply it is under process.Please resolve the matter.
