This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a holiday package worth 7999/- from The Solitaire Elite club, at the time of booking the agent(Lavina) had specifically told me that the booking can be done on Saturday and Sunday, however now when it is time for them to stand by their commitment they a re not fulfilling what they have committed, Also now it is very difficult to connect with them, they either don’t receive the call or they just say that they will arrange for a call back. There booking manager(Namita) is very arrogant.
I request you to please help me to get my money back and backlist this organisation so that they don’t end up fooling other people.
