I had purchased a holiday package online on the request of Mr Rahul from Vacation Gateway on 18 July 2013 on their wrong information of about package. My transaction ID No is 1374129966549. As and when, I call Mr Rahul 08802855737, he says that your package and gift (Dell Lap Top) has being been sent to your address. But after a lapse of of approximately one month neither holiday packages nor gift has been received. On 13 Aug 2013 reply was given me that “With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we have received your concern and forward it to sales department we will cross check it and revert back to you next 72 Working hrs , for further information you can contact our customer care team or you can mail us”. But no action has been taken after a lapse of 6 days again. Please refund my total amount immediately without any further delay as you are fail to fulfill your commitment i.e, You will get a welcome kit from vacations gateway within 7 to 10 working days in your registered mailing address. I will inform you I will not accept the package as company has fail to deliver the package within time limit.
