I booked a Bali trip from Yatra.com on Jan 2020. My departure date from New Delhi to Bali is on 27 April 2020. Due to covid-19 as govt said not to travel and take safety measures or precautions.i want voluntary cancellation of my trip from Yatra.com. They deduct RS 44000 only my flight cancellation apart from this they deduct initial amount of RS 20000 from my package amount whichever is paid earlier. my reference id of yatra.com is YH5806160
