refund not received after confirmation

i have buy a mobile phone of LENOVO in may’14 with IMEI NO – 863336021801877

in august’14 the phone was totally dad. i have submit it on 25.08.2014 in MTEK HARDWARE PVT. LTD. – baroda (gujarat ) the authorized service center of LENOVO.

after analyzing the lenovo has informed me that the phone is not been repaired we will refund your total invoice value Rs – 13,194/- with in 8 to 10 days.

i have submitted all required document to MTEK HARDWARE PVT. LTD. – baroda (gujarat ) on 02.09.14

but still i am waiting for my refund. The Lenovo is not responding.

please help to get my money back.
