Refund for product CV booster due to mis-selling & fraud

I have paid for the one service offered by company i.e. CV Booster regional vide Order No.ORD14120249-CN1 on 2/12/2014. In the introductory call, I was told that I will get job updates and my interview for the job will get scheduled if I avail the service of the company costing Rs. 1798. I was told that I do not have to pay any extra amount other than this. Then in few hours, I received a call to pay Rs. 20000 more to avail the service. I refused to pay the amount so I was told rudely that you will not get the interview call if you don’t pay the required amount. The next day I told them I don’t want your service but I want my amount refunded. I have also sent a mail to their customer care but 10 days have been passed but I did not get refund till date.
