Hi,
I followed with Health Total plans for more than 2 months now but to no loss in my weight. Doctors at Pune branch says that they have sent my case for refund but I have not received any. They tell me to talk to their Colaba branch doctor (Dr. Yogesh) who said that he shall give me a call back in 1 day but it has been a week now. When I call, the receptionist asks Dr and then tells me that he is busy and shall give me a call back but I never receive a call. 🙁
Very unproffesional staff.
