I bought a laptop battery from www.ebay.in on 12/09/2014 for Rs.2400 and it was delivered to me on 17/09/2014 but it was not according to the description stated about that item on the website. So, I filed a claim for return and want my money back. Then I was stated to return back the battery to the seller and I did it, even I got a confirmation mail that it has received by the seller. Then again I received a call from ebay executive on 29/09/2014 16:45pm that my refund will be processed in the next 15 days and a cheque or DD will be sent to my registered address, and hence the claim was closed. But after more than a month had passed but I received nothing so far. Details are here-
