Refund: please help

Dear Sir,

This mail is in reference to 2 tatkal tickets booked by me
I, Nilofer Hasan got a ticket booked for my two Bosses
Mr. Ashwini Datta and Mr.Harbir Singh in TATKAL around 9:10 a.m (DATE:26th June 2012).
Seeing that only two seats were available in 2 AC, I tried booking them quickly.
While the transaction was being processed due to some technical error an unknown programme starting running on the web page.
The money was debited from my ICICI account.
I tried re-login in and checked the booking history, the ticket NOT was there.
And the availability status was showing as 1 WL on the site.
Then I checked out the status for availability, in 3 AC, 2 seats were available.
I tried booking the tickets and was successful.
To my shock I saw that NOW both the tickets were reflecting in the booking History.
The money was debited from my account by then.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND Y RAILWAY EXECUTIVES GIVE AUTOMATED ANSWERS WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE WHOLE HISTORY.
WHY THEY DO THEY JUST WANT TO SUCKUP OTHERS MONEY??
ACCORDING TO RULES TWO TICKETS CANNOT BE DONE ON SAME IDENTITY??????

I wold like to bring it to your notice once again:
AFTER CHECKING THE BOOKING HISTORY, ONLY I TRIED BOOKING THE SECOND TICKETS.
Hence again I would request you for the refund.
ALSO
Reason to lose my hard earned 1100/- on an necessary ticket, on which the passengers have not traveled, as the same passengers cannot travel , on two berths., in same train at the same time.
