Hi,
I booked a flight on make my trip on 29th Jan 2015 and within 5 minutes I got a message that my booking was not successful.So I called their service department and raised the issue there and told me issue will be resolved in 4 -6 working days and refund will be processed.I called them again after 6 days then I have got a date that wait till 14th Feb then I called them again at 14th Feb date was given as 28 Feb and then I called again on 28th Feb then a new date was given as 17 March then again I called on 17th March and again I have got a new date as 28th March.So in a nutshell my issue is pending for a long time and I don’t think they are planning to resolve it.
Please raise this complaint against them so that proper action will happen.
