I orderd Krishika sreee pack product code No-118323/118330 through telephone to StarCJ Network India PVT LTd.
My order No is20120808031246 dgt-9/8/2012.
I recived the saree pk by Blue Dart Courier Service Docket No-59023721654
Invoice No-201208090054
I recived it on 14/8/2012 but after opening the packet the sarees are found tobe old and used before as wel as the thrads of the sarees are opned at different palces that i mean it is faulty.
immediately i file the compliant to starcj customer care centre and discuss my issue.after enrolling my complaint they assured me to take back the product and refund the paid amount Rs 2199/-shortly by cheque. I several times telephoned to Starcj customer care office and several times they assured to take back shortly.But till date the faulty product parcel is not taken back nor i recived any check from STARCJ network India Pvt ltd.
Kindly look into matter and give me support to clear the complaint.
