Refund of order no. 13188201 not processed

I ordered a product Sony Xperia Z1 on 12 June 2014 but had to cancel it due to some reasons. It has been nearly 10 days but they have not initiated the refund process from their side. They just keep telling that the product has not come back to their warehouse.
