Refund or cancellation

Respected sir,
This is pooja chauhan my order Id no. Is 10399481717. I purchased the hero red foxx cycle from snapdeal on 9 Dec product was delivered to me size was too small so I cancelled the product and demand money refund. They send me mail that within 2to 3 days they will come and take back products but they didn’t they always call me and say me that they will arrive tomorrow but no one arrive. It’s almost 16th Dec but no response from there side. If you see the complaint there are so many complaints against snapdeal because they don’t provide good service they provide the worst service to the people.
