I bought a Tv tuner card from E-bay and as per their policy they were supposed to ship the product within 8 days but they could not do the same and in the mean time I got transferred to a different location also they were asking me to pay the octroi amount also after returning the product i am not getting the full refund from the company. they are denying to repay the amount.
