I booked a duplex flat at the prestigious ‘The Imperial’ in May 2011. I paid total 1.23 crores. I tried to pay the balance for the flat but to my utter surprise the bulders ‘S.D. Corp’ a Shapoorji and Amit Thacker enterprise sold the flat at higher rate behind my back 3 months back without refunding my money of Rs. 1.23 crores. After knowing this my wife and I were heartbroken and now when we approached them to refund our hard earned money they are dilly dallying.
