On 23rd Feb’13 from afternoon 3.00 pm to night 10.00 pm, I was busy trying to get my ticket booked, but the online site of “CINEMAX.co.in” was showing some error and did not allowed mee to book the ticket.
I hold my credit card on which I am entitled for one movie ticket free on each ticket purchase from Cinemax which I tried to avail the same, but was a failure.
I later got the ticketing app of cinemax installed in my mobile, and got the ticket booked, unfortunately the ticketing app did not showed any option to avail on the offer and due to which I first tried on my other bank card and then the offer credit card and both the time the ticket was booked (proving that the card had no issue).
This somehow seemed very fishy as when I tried with offer the payment was getting failed, but later when selected without offer it completed the transaction.
Regarding this issue I wrote several emails to the helpline email id of Cinemax, but was not able to get any response.
Would request the team to please look into this matter and help me in getting my ticket amount refund.
