Refund of Security Fee

Name of company/service: Institute of Management Studies, Noida

I did PGDM from Institute of Management Studies, Noida in the session of 2008-2010 and at the time of admission they charge the 5,000 rs as security fee and we was informed that it would be refund to us after the completion of the course but after the two years of completing the course we have not received this amount so I request you to take some action against the college and help me refunding the security fee.
