REFUND OF SECURITY AS WELL AS EXTRA TAKEN AMOUNT

I am avijeet singh from punjab, i had taken an idea postpaid number and they take security of Rs.150 and it should be back within 3 months after your number is changed to prepaid….so its been more than 6 months they are not paying back the security money and they have harrased me alot by going from one department to another and as well as when i paid my last bill , they have taken lumpsum of rs 500 and i do have proofs but when the bill came out its something to rs 360 and when i visited their showroom , they said it will be back to you with the security amount and it was showing in my account but they themselves changed it to nil showing zero in my account , please say them to refund my money …….
