Dear Sir,
I have booked an above mentioned order of your product “Aire Bra Combo Pack” through your Televantage TV Advertisement on 1st March, 2013, accordingly I have received the above product on 04th March, 2013 through your Local Distributor M/s EVN Continental, Shop No. 6 & 7, Eldeco Chamber-1, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow but according to my expectation, I am not 100% satisfied with this product. When I opened the packet, the Product has been found defective and its yarn are disturbed and its quality is not found as Indian or International standard as mentioned in your TV Advertisement and also I expected in your Advertisement.
Next day on 5th March, 2013, I have informed your Customer Care Department on 022-61289090 but your Customer Care Representative has not respond properly and not heard my complaint seriousely and not lodged any complaint about the above Product. So that I am too much fade-up and unsatisfied to incur the amount of Rs. 3990/- on the above product. I also shocked to spent rs. 3990/- on the above Product. In view of above, I have not used your product and I am not interested to use the above Product.
As such, you are requested to kindly refund my above amount of Rs. 3990/- through Cheque. I am returning your Product alongwith a copy of your Invoice no. 13037100269001 dated 4th March, 2013 through Courier on the following Address:-
