I had placed an order (ORDER NO- 406-1392618-5343510 )to buy a titan neo analog watch on 27-08-2018 for an amount of Rs 3996. And also received that order but somehow i dont like that watch and choosed to return.
On 05/11/2018 the courier boy of AMAZON had taken that watch from my house for that they also given a acknowledgement receipt. But after sometime they had not refunded my amount. I also communicated customer care number several times, every time they told that till they had not received the product.
And today also i have called customer care and they told that i had sent a fraudulent product, what nonsense this is, it is simply called cheating and taking our money. their courier boy taken that watch, he had checked the product and after that he gave the acknowledgement receipt. then how its possible.
simply i cannot throw my hard earned money.
