I booked Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile in www.naaptol.com on 07/06/2012. The cost of the mobile is Rs. 38900. So, I opted to pay through 9 months EMI using my ICICI credit card. In the NAAPTOL website, they have given that if we purchase any product through 9 months EMI option, 8.6% of the total amount will be charged as processing fee and so, an amount of Rs. 3209.25 is deducted in my credit card. After 2 days, I cancelled the order since I got the same at lower price than this merchant. After cancellation, they have refunded the actual amount Rs. 38900. But when I ask about the processing fee, they are not willing to pay it back and not responding to me properly. I have mailed to [email protected],[email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. But till now, no response from them.
