I have booked the rail ticket from yatra.com and due to technical error amount is debited from my credit card but booking didn’t went through. I also received an email from yatra stating that money will be refunded with in 4-5 days. But still 15 days passed and there is not refund. On calling customer care they say that there is no such reference number. Reference number given by Yatra are DO5G9G, ZHMG9G. From this experience, I will never book tickets through Yatra.com this is such a pathetic company.
